Account Sharing Policy

Bushido allows for account sharing only under specific circumstances.

If you wish to share your account with other members of the guild you may do so. However, please be careful with your account information. Do not post it in any publicly accessible place, such as this forum, and be clear about the terms of sharing. Be respectful of each other's accounts and characters.

If you wish to share your account with someone outside of the guild there are specific rules that must be followed. First, we must be informed. Second, the person, or persons, can not be allowed to play any of your characters unless they fill out a guild application and are vetted through that process. Third, that person must clearly identify themselves whenever they are on your characters in order to avoid confusion. Lastly, that person may not use your characters to raid with other guilds, period. If we encounter an unknown person on your account your characters will be immediately kicked from the guild.

We don't want to stop you from sharing WoW with your kid brother, your spouse, or your roommates, and we've had plenty of enjoyable experiences in the past with guildmates who have done so. However, if someone other than you does something wrong on your account you will be held responsible.

BoE Epics and World Drops in Raids

In Wrath of the Lich King many raid bosses will have one or more Bind on Equip epics in their loot tables. When one of these items drops the following protocol will be followed.

1) The Raid Leader will call for upgrade rolls as per normal.
2) If there are no upgrade rolls, the Raid Leader will not call for sidegrade rolls.
3) The Raid Leader will loot the epic and place it in the bank at the end of the raid.

Bind on Equip epics may be requested from the bank at the conclusion of any raid in which you did not receive any loot. The following rules apply:

1) Only mains are eligible for Bind on Equip epics from the current tier of progression.
1b) Raiders whose mains are behind the curve are eligible to request Bind on Equip epics that are above their raiding level.
2) Bind on Equip epics from previous tiers of raiding may be requested for alts, but only if they are frequently called upon to assist in raids.
3) Requests may be refused on rare occasions where situational factors demand it.
4) In the event of multiple requests for the same item the interested players will roll for the item.
5) In all cases the item must be an upgrade and be equipped by the player immediately. Requesting items for personal profit is not acceptable.

In the unlikely event that a particular epic is dropped in excess we will look for players and alts who might make use of them. Failing that they will be placed on the auction house with proceeds going to the guild bank.

All Bind on Equip rare drops, such as Darkmoon Cards, will be rolled for by all present in the raid.
